The TOChina Hub is an integrated knowledge hub for smart engagement with today’s (and tomorrow’s) China. It has been developed by the Department of Culture, Politics and Society of the University of Torino in partnership with ESCP Europe Business School (Torino campus), the Torino World Affairs Institute (T.wai), Peking University, Beijing Foreign Studies University and Zhejiang University (China).
Supported by two of Italy’s largest banking foundations – Compagnia di San Paolo, through its program in International Affairs, and Fondazione CRT –, as well as from the Torino Chamber of Commerce, TOChina’s mission is to ensure that engagement with China is as effective and responsible as the long-terms interests at stake require. To achieve this, TOChina works to provide theory-informed knowledge, policy-relevant insights and practical know-how on China’s morphing identities, socio-economic structures, institutions, and policies.
